The 2004 Parallel Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
Philippe Melka, Winemaker Description
"The wine exhibits a deep red cherry color. Flamboyant nose combines primary aromas of black raspberry, cassis, flint and vanilla. Suave and sweet, the mouthfeel is impressive with very good concentration of red fruits, currant and plum. The various flavors are well integrated together framed by good acidity. The wine has great backbone and will age very well."

Initial aromas of dark chocolate, mint and cherry in the nose with some sweet currant on the front of the palate. The dusty chocolate, black cherry, plum and currant flavors are polished and expansive for such a young wine. Nice acidity on the finish. Drink : 2008-2012.
