"The 2009 Parallel Chardonnay is built with finesse, elegance and length. It has fresh minerality and good acidity with hints of white flowers, honey and a spicy finish. Made from an old Wente clone, the wine is medium to full body with admirable fruit purity. This wine is 100% French oak fermented in puncheons for good balance of fruit and structure, unfiltered and finished with malolactic fermentation.
