Winemaker Philippe Melka's Tasting Notes
"The 2014 Paradise Cabernet Sauvignon has a striking, deep garnet hue and a bouquet of vanilla, cardamom, berry cobbler and smoke box. The beautifully balanced acid gives this wine a bright, fresh palate with layered notes of spice and blackberry compote. Sit with this one and let the luscious, long-lasting tannins develop."

"As for the Reserve bottling, the 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Paradise cuts a bigger swath across the palate, offering deeper layers of black cherry and black currant fruit gently infused with some oak and licorice. It is medium to full-bodied, has silky tannins (very much in keeping with one of the hallmarks of this vintage), and an up-front, irresistible and charming personality. This is a beauty to drink over the next 15+ years."
