Winemaker Philippe Melka's Tasting Notes
“This first bottling of Parallel Rutherford Rosé immediately evokes aromas of wild strawberries, watermelon and Rainier cherries with a touch of stone fruit and herbs de provence. A classic Provençal-Style Rosé, the body is elegantly light in color with bright acid and minerality on the palate with a touch of grapefruit flavor on the finish. Enjoy now and throughout the spring and summer."

"From the McGah Vineyard in Rutherford, whole-cluster pressed and sent direct to press, then aged on the lees in stainless steel for roughly four months. The wine shows a beautiful bronze hue, with white-floral notes, white peach and a flinty mineral character. The palate is nicely lush, with chalky minerality and a crisp, clean finish edged by mixed berry fruit and a delicate accent of baking spice."
