Winemaker Philippe Melka's Tasting Notes
"Boysenberry and cherry jump out of the glass. The nose is very inviting with seductive nuances of concentrated berries. The mouthfeel shows precision and textural appeal. Nice layers of ripe berries and cassis mixed with leather and refined oak. The wine is defined by its beautifully integrated tannins, full of life. It should age gracefully for many, many years."

"Lots of spice box, cassis, chocolate and dried herbs definte the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Parallel, a more medium-bodied, textured, delicious and balanced effort from this estate. Drink it over the coming 10-12 years."
