On the ski slopes, Black Diamond runs let you know that you are about to experience the most exhilarating slopes the mountain has to offer. Our Black Diamond Reserve is used to mark the very best barrels we produce annually.
The 2009 release of our Black Diamond Reserve Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon was the beginning of an ongoing program that now culminates each year after Harvest Season with a "Name the Vintage" contest. Parallel Wines' fans submit a Black Diamond or Double Black Diamond ski run at a favorite resort, and the winner is rewarded with an etched 3L bottle of their named vintage presented at our Annual Harvest Party held each fall in Park City, Utah.
Check back here in November each year for information about submitting your favorite Black Diamond or Double Black Diamond ski run, and you may just be the lucky winner of an etched 3L bottle of your named vintage!
